Tropical Coconut Margarita

Olé! It's our favorite day for fun, tacos and tequila 🌮 Did you know this day marks the Mexican army's victory over the French Empire? 🇲🇽 We're celebrating with a cold glass of this refreshing, tropical Coconut Margarita 🥥

Ingredients

✅ 4 oz. Coconut milk (Mix 1.5 Tbsp. Fiesta Tropicalé Coconut Milk Powder in 1/2 cup water)

✅ 2 oz. Tequila

✅ 1 oz. Triple sec

✅ 2 oz. Lime juice

✅ 1 oz. Simple syrup

✅ One bunch fresh mint

✅ Fresh lime wedges

✅ Sweetened shredded coconut for garnishing

Instructions

𝟭 Muddle mint leaves, simple syrup, lime juice, and triple-sec in a shaker.

𝟮 Add coconut milk and tequila. Shake for 30 seconds.

𝟯 Moisten the rim of glasses with a lime wedge, then dip in coconut.

𝟰 Fill glasses with ice and pour coconut/tequila mixture.
