Ingredients

½ cup almonds

¼ cup Fiesta Tropicalé Sweetened Coconut Flakes

2 cups dark chocolate chips

1 Tbsp. Fiesta Tropicalé Organic Virgin coconut oil

1 tsp. cinnamon

Pulse almonds in a food processor until chopped. Transfer almonds to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Add coconut and cinnamon. Toss to combine.

Bake for 5 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Gently toss then bake another 3 minutes. Repeat until golden, around 10 minutes total.

Combine coconut and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Repeat until chocolate is smooth and melted.

Add toasted coconut mixture to the melted chocolate. Pour into silicone heart molds.

Chill in the refrigerator until set. Remove from molds and enjoy!
