1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened

8 Tbsp. butter, softened

4 cups confectioners' sugar

1 cup Fiesta Tropicale Sweetened Coconut Flakes

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Pinch kosher salt

3 Tbsp. ground cinnamon

Using a handheld mixer, mix together all ingredients, except cinnamon, until mixture is smooth and well-blended. Cover and chill for one hour.

Scoop and roll 1 tbsp. of mixture into a ball. Roll in cinnamon. Repeat for the rest of the dough.
