2 large organic potatoes

2 tsp Kosher sea salt

1 cup Fiesta Tropicalé Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

Thinly slice potatoes using a mandolin. Soak potato slices in a water with 1 tsp. salt for 15 minutes.

Drain water and pat potatoes dry.

Gently heat skillet to medium. Cook potatoes in small batches, flipping potatoes until both sides are crispy. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool.

Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!
