2 cans of Fiesta Tropicalé Organic Canned Coconut Milk

1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Pinch of salt

Pinch of garlic powder

Linen cloth

Chill canned coconut milk overnight. The thick cream will rise to the top of the can.

Pour the coconut milk into the linen cloth over a bowl, letting the water drain through the cloth.

Gently squeeze water out of the cream, until the texture is similar to cream cheese.

Transfer "cheese" to a bowl and add lemon, salt and garlic. Mix well until combined.

Spread on a piece of toast, a bagel, or English muffin, and top with fresh veggies or herbs!
