1 can Unsweetened Organic Fiesta Tropicalé Coconut Milk

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Pinch of Kosher salt

1 tsp. probiotic powder

Open canned coconut milk and stir well until cream and liquid are combined. Pour milk into a glass jar. Add probiotic powder and use a wooden spoon to mix well.

Cover milk with a cheesecloth.

Allow yogurt to activate in a warm place, up to 24 hours. When yogurt has thickened, mix well, cover and chill in refrigerator for 3 hours.

Stir well before serving. Optional: top with fruit, granola, or honey.
