Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Coconut milk (Mix 1.5 Tbsp. Fiesta Tropicalé Coconut Milk Powder in 1/2 cup water)

  • 2 oz. tequila

  • 1 oz. triple sec

  • 2 oz. lime juice

  • 1 oz. simple syrup

  • One bunch fresh mint

  • Fresh lime wedges

  • Sweetened shredded coconut for garnishing

Made with Fiesta Tropicale

Muddle mint leaves, simple syrup, lime juice, and triple-sec in a shaker.

Add coconut milk and tequila. Shake for 30 seconds.

Moisten the rim of glasses with a lime wedge, then dip in coconut.

Fill glasses with ice and pour coconut/tequila mixture.

Garnish with shredded coconut.
