Ingredients

4 oz. Coconut milk (Mix 1.5 Tbsp. Fiesta Tropicalé Coconut Milk Powder in 1/2 cup water)

2 oz. tequila
-
1 oz. triple sec
-
2 oz. lime juice
-
1 oz. simple syrup
-
One bunch fresh mint
-
Fresh lime wedges
-
Sweetened shredded coconut for garnishing

Muddle mint leaves, simple syrup, lime juice, and triple-sec in a shaker.

Add coconut milk and tequila. Shake for 30 seconds.

Moisten the rim of glasses with a lime wedge, then dip in coconut.

Fill glasses with ice and pour coconut/tequila mixture.

Garnish with shredded coconut.
