1 can Fiesta Tropicalé Organic Canned Coconut Milk

1/2 cup coconut cream

2 oz. amber rum

Macerated strawberries (optional)

In a blender, combine coconut milk and coconut cream. Blend until smooth.

Place ice cubes into three glasses. Add rum to glasses. Pour in macerated strawberries (if using).
